Who are we looking for
We are primarily looking for someone who, like us, is genuinely interested in company building.
Someone who finds the mechanics fascinating: how companies grow, how people are motivated, and what actually drives things forward.
You might:
- * Have started or run one or more companies before
- * Be comfortable thinking both strategically and operationally
- * Have experience or strong interest in Team & leadership
- * Have experience or strong interest in Fundraising
- * Have experience or strong interest in Distribution (marketing & sales)
- * Have experience or strong interest in Product development
We have no formal requirement for technical expertise, but you need to be interested in product development and comfortable discussing abstract ideas, systems, and future direction.
Most importantly for us, however, is personal chemistry. That we can have open, curious, and forward-looking conversations – and build something together over time.

BYGGER is an AI platform for those running startups or smaller companies. It gathers and simplifies the most important parts of the entrepreneur's daily life:

Everything is collected in a vectorized, learning system called Brain, and is centrally controlled via a chat interface by the business owner.
The vision is to build a support system that makes the entrepreneur 10× more effective – not through more dashboards, but through better context, memory, and decision support. The system is built on open source models and hosted on-prem for maximum control, privacy, and ownership.
