Onboarding and 3 months of coaching
Months 1–3We review your application, match you with a coach, and set up the Bygger platform for your company. Three months of ongoing 1:1 sessions where we build the foundation: strategy, KPIs, GTM, first customers. Bygger AI runs the operational work in the background so focus stays on the right things.
Investment decision
End of month 3At the 3-month milestone we review traction, team and progress against the goals we set at the start. Selected companies receive an investment — capital that helps you accelerate without having to kick off a long fundraising process.
A year of building together
Months 4–15For invested companies, coaching continues for another full year. We sit side by side on every major decision — fundraising, hiring, GTM, product direction. Bygger AI keeps running the platform so your team can focus on building.
